Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?
Our sizes are based on height. To find your correct size, convert your height into feet. For example, if you are 5'6" (168 cm), we recommend a size 56 abaya. You can also refer to our size guide for more details.

Do you have plus-size options?
Most of our abayas have a relaxed fit. We also offer a range of custom-made pieces that can be tailored to your preferred size. Additionally, our size guide provides measurements to help you choose the best fit.

What if I’m between sizes?
If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing down for an ankle-length fit or sizing up for a floor-length look.


Orders

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (the one used at checkout). You can use this number to track your order.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be modified or canceled if the order has not been fulfilled. Please contact our support team as soon as possible to make any changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

How should I wash your clothes?
To maintain the quality and longevity of your abaya, we recommend washing on a low, cold setting and avoiding harsh detergents. Always check the care instructions provided for each item.

Are the colours in the pictures accurate?
We try to display our pieces as accurately as possible. However, lighting and screen settings may slightly alter the color.

We offer worldwide shipping. If you have any specific shipping enquiries, feel free to contact us.

How long does it take to dispatch orders?
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours. However, during busy periods, processing times may vary. 

Do you offer free shipping for international orders?
Unfortunately, we do not offer free international shipping. As a small business, we are unable to cover shipping costs for international customers.
