Terms & Conditions for Custom Made Items

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with us. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Custom-Made Products
All our products are custom-made to order specifically for each customer. Once production begins, we cannot cancel, modify, or accept returns on any custom-made items.
1.1 Production Process
- Each piece is handcrafted according to your specifications
- Production begins immediately upon order confirmation
- Customisation details cannot be altered once production has started
2. No Refunds Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or specifications provided by customer
- Delays in delivery
- Customer unavailability to receive the package
- Customs fees, duties, or taxes
- Package held at customs
- Customer refusal to pay customs fees
- Customer failure to collect the package
2.1 Your Responsibility
By placing an order, you accept full responsibility for:
- Providing accurate measurements, specifications, and delivery information
- Understanding that customs fees may apply to international orders
- Paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- Collecting your package from customs or delivery service in a timely manner
3. International Shipping & Customs
3.1 Customs Duties and Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer
- We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount
- Customs policies vary by country, and it is your responsibility to be aware of your country's import regulations
3.2 Customs Delays and Holds
- Packages may be held at customs for inspection
- Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
3.3 Refusal to Pay Customs Fees
If you refuse to pay customs fees or fail to collect your package:
- No refund will be issued
- You will not be reimbursed for the product cost or shipping fees
- The package may be returned to us or disposed of by customs authorities
- You remain responsible for the full order amount
3.4 Uncollected Packages
If a package is returned to us because you:
- Failed to collect it from customs
- Refused delivery
- Did not pay required customs fees
- Provided incorrect address information
Then:
- No refund will be issued for the product or shipping costs
- You may be charged additional fees for return shipping if applicable
- The custom-made item cannot be resold and will be considered your property for which payment has been made
4. Order Accuracy
4.1 Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct, including:
- Product specifications
- Measurements
- Delivery address (including postal/zip code)
- Contact phone number for courier
- Email address
4.2 Verification
Please carefully review your order confirmation email. Once production begins, we cannot make changes to your order.
5. Delivery
5.1 Shipping Times
- Estimated shipping times are approximate and not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control
5.2 Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Customer unavailability
- Refused delivery
- Failure to respond to courier communications
No refund will be issued.
6. Quality & Defects
6.1 Manufacturing Defects
While we do not offer refunds, if your item arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence
- We will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis
- At our sole discretion, we may offer a repair, replacement, or store credit
6.2 What Is Not Considered a Defect
- Minor variations in handmade items
- Colour variations due to screen settings or lighting
- Changes in preference after receiving the item
- Items that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by customer
7. Communication & Contact
7.1 Order Updates
We will keep you informed about your order status via email. Please ensure you:
- Check your email regularly (including spam/junk folders)
- Respond promptly to any requests for information
- Monitor tracking information provided
7.2 Courier Contact
If the courier attempts to contact you regarding customs fees or delivery:
- You must respond promptly
- Failure to respond may result in your package being returned
- No refund will be issued for missed communications
8. Customer Acknowledgment
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full
- All products are custom-made and non-refundable
- You are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes
- You will collect your package and pay any required fees promptly
- Failure to collect your package or pay customs fees does not entitle you to a refund
- All information provided in your order is accurate and complete
- You understand that packages held at or returned by customs will not be refunded
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for:
- Customs fees, duties, or taxes
- Delays in shipping or customs clearance
- Lost packages after confirmed delivery or customs notification
- Consequential or indirect damages
- Costs incurred due to failure to collect packages
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England (UK). Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
